MORSON GROUP CELEBRATES DOUBLE WIN AT APSCO AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE

Morson Group, the Salford-based global recruitment business, has been named a double winner in this year’s APSCo Awards for Excellence, scooping the RPO of the Year Award for RPOne by Morson Group, along with the OutSource Leader of the Year Award for group sales director, David Lynchehaun.

The prestigious awards programme from the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo), includes some of the recruitment industry’s most coveted accolades, showcasing quality, innovation and a commitment to customer service in the industry. The Awards were presented on 20th September at the NatWest Bishopsgate Conference Centre in London.

As a £955 million company that works in partnership with clients, Morson Group leads the sector with added value services, sector insights and evidence-based talent strategies.

For the RPO of the Year Award, RPOne from Morson impressed the judges with evidenced examples of keeping the company’s promises to deliver an outstanding recruitment outsourcing process for clients. The award recognised fantastic results by RPOne from Morson over the past 12 months across a number of client initiatives, with the judges praising the Morson team for having a ‘deep knowledge of their craft’.

David Lynchehaun became the first ever winner of the OutSource Leader of the Year APSCo Awards for Excellence category, which was introduced for the first time for the 2022 campaign. Designed to reward recruitment industry professionals who have demonstrated great leadership skills in inspiring and motivating their teams, the award was presented to Morson Group’s group sales director after the judges commented on his leadership qualities, including authenticity, ambition, drive, consistency and passion. David was also praised for creating a safe and supportive environment for the Morson Group team to learn and develop.
