Salford’s Mason Advisory has been ranked one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ securing 19th place within the medium-sized business category, alongside 104 others, with 290 organisations listed in total.
Despite the challenging economic climate, this is the fifth time Mason Advisory has entered and ranked in the annual report. The Best Workplaces™ report celebrates organisations displaying high levels of trust and represents the largest survey of workplace cultures and people practices. The opinion of employees is key as staff feedback makes up the results of the Trust Index, and a separate Culture Audit survey analyses and evaluates the company’s HR, leadership practices, policies and culture. Businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.
The independent digital and technology transformation consultancy is continually investing and implementing improvements in all areas of the business to optimise employee experience, enjoyment and engagement to expand their reach in the market and sustain credibility as an industry leader and great employer.
Steve Watmough, Mason Advisory CEO, says:
