At around 3.10am on Sunday 29 April, police were called to Seedley/Buille Hill Park, Eccles Old Road to reports that a woman in her 20s had been raped.
She continues to be offered support by specially trained officers.
A 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of rape and has been bailed until 01/06/18.
