    Darrell James Hewitt (02/06/1994), of no fixed address, .

    He has been remanded in custody and will appear at Manchester Crown Court on Wednesday 14 August 2019 having been charged this afternoon with the possession of a firearm.

    Shortly after 2pm on Thursday 11 July 2019, officers were called to reports of shots fired close to a Primary School on Liverpool Street.

    A 17-year-old boy and two men, aged 18 and 22, were previously arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. They have been bailed pending further enquiries.

    Later, a 15-year-old boy and 37-year-old man were also arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. They have also been bailed pending further enquiries.
