Police in Eccles say that a man from the borough who had been arrested and charged for exposing himself AGAIN at Edwin Court , Canal Bank, has now been jailed.
Carl Hulme, aged 54, from Westwood Park, Eccles appeared at Manchester Magistrates Court on 8th Feb and was sentenced to 6 months in prison.
It would appear that it is not the first time he has done this.
