A search has been organised for tomorrow (Sunday 26th February) to help find missing Peter Baglin.

Those wishing to attend should gather at THE OLD BOAT HOUSE PUB, 164 Higher Green Lane, Astley. M29 7JB from 10am.

The search will focus on the area shown in the image below after the family were given indications that a man may be living rough amongst the woodland around the area.

Peter Baglin left his home in Boothstown to clear his head, something that was not suspicious or uncommon and what he would regularly do, only this time he seemingly vanished without trace.

He was last seen on CCTV footage captured at a garage in Mosley Common near Worsley, Greater Manchester, on 28 December, whereupon he bought a small bottle of whiskey before heading out of the shop.

He has not been seen since.
