  • APPEAL LAUNCHED AS POLICE RELEASE CCTV OF A CASHPOINT ROBBERY ON A WOMAN IN KERSAL

    Greater Manchester Police (GMP) are investigating a robbery that took place on Thursday 2 February 2023 between 18:20-18:30pm.

    The victim was targeted at a cash machine at the Go Local on Littleton Road in Salford.

    She is reported to have been approached by a black male who was wearing all dark clothing and who had no shoes. He attempted to steal £20 that she withdrew from the cash machine before he ran away in the direction of Stamford Road in Salford.

     

     

    Officers are now appealing for help from the public in identifying a man captured on CCTV and who officers would like to speak to in connection with the robbery.

    If you were in the area of Littleton Road or Stamford Road in Salford on 2 February between 18:20 and 18:40pm, or if you have footage - including dashcam or CCTV - that could help with enquiries please make contact.
