  • FIREARMS DISCHARGE AT A PROPERTY IN LITTLE HULTON IS THE TENTH SHOOTING INCIDENT IN SALFORD THIS YEAR

    Police were called to Crescent Drive in Little Hulton on Sunday night after reports of a firearm having been discharged at a property.

    The incident happened just before 11pm on Sunday the 8th of September.

    Police have not yet disclosed if anyone was injured in the incident but upon inspection they discovered damage to the property that is said to be consistent with a firearms discharge.

    A police spokesperson said:

    "We were called shortly before 11pm last night to reports of a firearms discharge on Crescent Drive.

    "We have attended and found damage to a property consistent to that of a firearms discharge.

    "Enquires are ongoing."

     

    This latest incident comes less than a week after shots were fired at a car and the door of a house was set alight in Ordsall.
