JOAN'S LAST MINUTE BID WINS THE FAMILY TREE COMPETITION IN AID OF LOCAL FOODBANKS

Earlier this month we told of how premier Genealogist, Glenn Kennedy had promised to donate 100% of all money raised from the person who bid the highest amount for their family tree research which he would undertake and donate to local foodbanks

Glenn Kennedy with over 35 years experience, and who has worked on several television shows as a researcher amongst other things, he usually charges around £360 -£400 for his work, which is less than half the price that many, other Genealogists would charge, some charge over £1,000! 

A biding war took place until it fell to the three final bidders who had each bid sums ranging from £380, £390 and then £400, then at the last minute, the fragrant Joan Fielder bid a whopping £420 and took the prize.

The finished article comes housed in a full keepsake book/file, with full research done on your Ancestors including all censuses, including the forthcoming 1921, plus event reports and original documents.

Later on this week we shall be receiving the money that Joan has given Glenn and we shall then distribute the money wisely, to local foodbanks.
