The Lowry are looking for young people aged 13-17 living in Greater Manchester to be part of a new creative youth leadership programme.

You will work with artists, activists and other professionals to address the issues that matter to you. You will work together, develop leadership skills and find ways to be heard, take action and make change by developing your own social action projects.

Sessions are free and will be online or in person on Mondays 6pm – 8pm every fortnight from 11th January 2021.

Interested? Send them a short introduction about yourself, in writing or by video or audio, by 21st December 2020 to getcreative@thelowry.com

    What to include?

A bit about you and your interests

What you want to get from this project

Something you might want to change (big, small or even worldwide)

Got a Question? Not sure if it’s for you? Get in touch for a chat with Jenny on Jennifer.riding@thelowry.com or 07852 552319

They welcome ALL young people and we want this group to represent people from different backgrounds – including young people who experience racism, identify as working class, have disabilities, are from the LGBTQ+ community, are care experienced or are discriminated in other ways.
