  • MAN CHARGED WITH ATTEMPTED MURDER FOLLOWING STABBING AT OAK HILL COURT

    Callum Shelton, (9/4/2000), no fixed abode, has been charged with attempted murder.

    He has been remanded into custody and will appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates court today (Friday 17 February 2023).

    This charge is a result of a fast-paced investigation by Salford detectives into a stabbing last week at around 5pm on the 15 February 2023 at Oakhill Court, Mandley Park Avenue, Salford, a man in his 30s remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition.

    Officers are still appealing for witnesses of this incident and anyone with information or footage relating to this - including CCTV or dashcam - is encouraged to make contact with officers on 0161 856 5345 or report via the LiveChat function on the website: www.gmp.police.uk.
