Police in Cadishead are appealing for a victim of crime to step forward after a group of youths fired a fire extinguisher over a member of public, who was innocently waiting at the bus stop.

The incident happened at the junction of Lord Street, Liverpool Road in Cadishead. Police say that they have identified all the youths involved, as they also committed other offences.

Officers investigating the incident would like to identify the Gentlemen who these youths targeted and have appealed for him to get in touch via salfordsouthwest@gmp.police.uk.

Police say that they will not tolerate anti-social behaviour and are encouraging members of the community to report such incidents, so that they can respond appropriately.

Police say that the group of youths have caused a number of issues over the past few weeks and will shortly be visiting a cell.
