Officers from the Salford South East Neighbourhood Team located a large cannabis farm in the Charles Town Area on Monday evening .
Plants in various stages of growth were found at the property.
The Farm has been dismantled and the cannabis has been sent for destruction.
Enquires are ongoing in relation to the offenders involved in setting up the farm
Police are asking that if you have any knowledge of cannabis farms in the area please report this to GMP anonymously via GMP online report
