    Police are appealing for information and dashcam footage after a motorcyclist was injured in a collision with a car on Bury New Road.

    At around 03:24am last night (11th August), officers were called to reports of a road traffic collision involving a 27-year-old man on a motorbike at Bury New Road, near to Moorend Avenue in Salford.

    Emergency services attended the scene, and the 27-year-old was taken to hospital. His injuries are described as serious but not life-threatening.

    Anyone with information, CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage should contact police on 0161 856 4741 quoting incident 386 of 11/08/22.
