Police and Ambulance services attended an incident on Broad Street in Pendleton in the early hours of this morning after a report of concern for a man who is believed to have been in his early 20's.
At around 1:45am (Tues 7th July) emergency services discovered the body after being called by a member of the public, police have said that they do not believe there are any suspicious circumstances involved in his death and a file is due to be passed to the coroner.
A GMP Spokesperson said:

"At around 1.45am this morning (Tuesday 7 July 2020), police were called by the ambulance service to reports of concern for a man on Broad Street in Pendleton.
"Officers attended and sadly found the body of a man believed to be in his 20s.
"There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death and a file will be passed to the coroner."
