Police in Salford are appealing for information after a man was spotted performing an indecent act while sitting in a black Ford Fiesta in the Ellesmere Park area of Eccles at around 9:30am on Saturday 16 September 2023.
Although police believe this to be an isolated incident, they say that there will be extra neighbourhood officers in the area to provide reassurance to the local community.
If anyone has any information in relation to this incident, or any dashcam footage from the area at the time, please call 101 quoting log 1087-16/09/23.
