Yesterday (Saturday 4th March), Police in Swinton attended a property for the execution of a Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act Warrant.
A male was arrested under suspicion of Cultivation of Cannabis and Abstract of Electricity.
Being in possession, supplying or cultivating cannabis are all offences in which police will proactively locate and disrupt.
Abstraction of Electricity poses many risks to both personal safety as well as causing a fire hazard to those around you.
If you believe any electrics have been tampered with report this to both GMP and Electricity NorthWest.
