The meeting will be held at the Peel Building (Room LG12), University of Salford, The Crescent, M45WU and afterwards at the New Oxford Pub, Bexley Square, M36DB.

Following the AGM there will be an illustrated talk with Norman Redhead, Greater Manchester County Archaeologist and Sarah Cattell of Salford University. The topic will be 'Investigating Salford's Graveyards'.

Salford's eighteenth and nineteenth-century graveyards are as interesting as they are vulnerable, with many at risk of destruction of dereliction. The talk will concentrate on some of the City's non-conformist graveyards, their history and how they can be surveyed and recorded for the future.
