David Jones (1895-1974) was a poet, artist and mystic who also fought in World War One at Ypres and the Somme.

Not many people have heard of him despite the fact that the famous poet T.S. Eliot considered his great war poem In Parenthesis "a work of genius". This talk will look at Jones' extraordinary life and consider examples of his art and poetry.
