Police officers responded to yet another shooting incident in Salford at around 11pm last night (Sunday 18th August) after two separate homes were targeted by a gunman on Coronation Street in Pendlebury.
Police have revealed that no one was injured in the attacks but the windows of both properties have been shattered by what is said to be consistent with a firearms discharge.
Local residents in the area reported hearing two loud bangs followed shortly afterwards by a huge police presence descending upon the street. The homes are currently taped off as police carry out further investigations.
This comes just a day after a home was shot at in a similar incident on New Barton Street on The Height on Saturday (17th August).
It is now believed that police are considering all three incidents to be linked.
