  • SWINTON MAN JAILED FOR 28 WEEKS AND BANNED FROM MULTIPLE PREMISES

    Following work carried out by the officers of Swinton Neighbourhood Team Robert Dodd, 29.12.94 of Sumbland House, Clifton has been charged with 17 various offences around the Swinton area and has received 28 weeks in prison and has received a criminal behaviour order until 14.06.2020.

    The conditions of the order are:

    1. Must not enter the following premises, WM, Morrison's, Swinton Hall Road, B&M Bargains, Wilfred Street Swinton, Asda Store Pendlebury, Totally Wicked, Tesco Express Bolton Road. 

    2. Not to remain on any commercial premises when asked to leave by staff or entering any premises from which barred.

    He is also banned from Swinton precinct and McDonald's on Bolton Road.
