    A 15-year-old boy, who can't be named for legal reasons, has been charged with possession of a bladed article and possession of a class B drug.

    He has been bailed ahead of a hearing at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Monday 25 April 2022.

    At around 12.05am on Saturday 2 April 2022, police received a report of a disturbance at a store on Church Street, Eccles. Officers attended and three knives were found and seized.

    A second 15-year-old boy who was arrested has been released on bail pending further investigation.
