Michelle Pearson is to be laid to rest at St Paul's Church in Walkden on Friday (27th September) after the courageous mother of six lost her battle for life 20 months after an arson attack upon her home that took the lives of four of her young children.

The cortege will set off from the outside the Pearson's former home on Jackson Street, and should arrive around 12 noon at St Paul's Church in Walkden.

The heartbreaking announcement of Michelle's death was announced by her mother on the 25th of August, later on her niece Courtney summed up the mood perfectly by saying,

    Quote

"Our beautiful Michelle gained her wings last night,"

"She held on, but her children needed her more."

The loving mum and her little angels Demi, 15, Lacie, seven, Brandon, eight and little Lia aged three, will always be held in the hearts of the people of our City and so if you can, please line the streets and show your respects to her as she takes her final journey to be reunited with them.

No one can speak of the pain and anguish that she has suffered, it is truly unimaginable, she is now free of those burdens and once again is reunited with those children she loved so dearly.

Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.
