Police were called to a break-in at the Range on West One Retail Park in Eccles at around 7pm last night (Sunday 15th Dec) after a thief threw what is thought to have been a brick through a door window in order to gain entry to steal a microwave.
We can only assume someone desperately needed to warm up a pie.
So far no arrests have been made and the store is open for business this morning.
