  • TWO DETAINED AFTER A 42-YEAR-OLD MAN SUFFERS STAB WOUNDS AND IS HIT WITH A HAMMER DURING AN ATTACK IN SALFORD

    Emergency services responded after reports of a man being stabbed on Tudbury Way in Salford at around 4pm on Monday night (21st October), during an attack the victim was also reportedly hit with a hammer.

    The 42-year-old victim was taken to hospital where he is said to remain in a stable condition.

    Another man also aged 42-years-old was arrested along with a 20-year-old man in suspicion of section 18 assault, they have both been detained in custody by GMP for further questioning.
