The UK Digital Terrestrial Broadcaster 'Freeview' carried out essential maintenance on their broadcast transmitter network in the Northwest and parts of Wales over night.
The work started shortly after midnight on Wednesday 12th August.
This means that in some cases, viewers will be required to retune their receivers/tv's in order to access the channels, as some have changed frequency.
The work should be completed by around 6:00am this morning.
If you need help with retuning, or retuning doesn’t restore your channels, you can call the Freeview Advice Line free on 0808 100 0288.
Please make sure you are in front of your TV and can access your remote control when you call them.
