If you do and they live in Salford, then Salford City Council would like to hear about them.
Three of Salford’s most inspiring under 25s are being sought to star in a film to mark International Youth Day which celebrates the achievement and contribution of young people.
Youth Day is celebrated around the world on Saturday, August 12 and will be celebrated in Salford with a range of activities organised by young people for young people and their community.
The three-minute film will be made by local students from the UTC@MediaCityUK and will be shown at the Youth Day launch party after its three young stars are chosen from public nominations.
Councillor Lisa Stone, lead member for children’s and young people’s services, said:

“We’re looking to recognise the young people who inspire their family, friends, teachers and communities because of who they are and what they do. It could be anything that makes a difference and makes you proud of them.
“We want to show the public just how amazing young people are in Salford and how much they achieve and do for their family, friends and community.”
Nominations are now open and will be taken until Friday, February 16 and can be made online at: www.wuu2.info/youthday/ where you can also see last year’s film.
