Qudrat Pakhitiawal, (09/04/02), of no fixed abode, has been charged with possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class C.

He appeared at Manchester Magistrates Court on the 11 February 2022, where he was bailed until his next court appearance in March.

The charge relates to Operation Cranium - a dedicated investigation in to the illicit supply of prescription-only medications in North Manchester.

Op Cranium aims to tackle the supply and distribution of illicit and counterfeit prescription medication across Greater Manchester, the associated criminality around this type of crime, and those involved.

While these drugs are Class C, their ability to do harm is higher than that of other drugs because of their addictive chemical make-up.
