Bobby Hardman (03/10/88) of Rutland Drive, Bury has been charged with assault of 36-year-old Charissa Brown.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Saturday 5 February 2022.
On Wednesday 2 February 2022, police were called by hospital staff following the death of a 36-year-old mum of three who was taken to hospital from a flat on Gorse Bank, Bury on Wednesday night.
Three men, aged 32, 52 and 61 were arrested.
Two have been released without charge.
