Emergency services were called to reports of a car having flipped onto its roof at the end of the M602 on Regent Road in the early hours of this morning (Sunday 10th July).
The road was temporarily closed as firefighters and paramedics dealt with the situation, the vehicle is said to have been righted and made safe by firefighters using specialist winching equipment.
It is unclear as to if anyone was injured during the collision.
Traffic signals in the area were damaged as a result of the collision, prompting repairs.
A GMFRS spokesperson, said:

“Just before 5am this morning (Sunday 10 July) firefighters were called to reports of a road traffic collision which involved one car on the M602, Salford.
"Fire crews from Salford fire station arrived quickly at the scene and used a winch to swiftly right the vehicle, which had overturned, before clearing and making the scene safe. GMFRS were in attendance for just over an hour.”
