Please remember that we are not responsible for messages posted by members or third parties. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and we are not responsible for the contents of any message posted to this site.

The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of the staff of the site. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email or the sites built in messenger services. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use our bulletin board or comments sections of this site to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racist, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. We reserve the rights to remove ANY comments which are seen as offensive to others. Although we are strong believers in freedom of speech we will not tolerate abuse towards others.

We have a ZERO tolerance policy on Trolling and Harassment and will remove and ban offenders. 

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this website or a member of its staff, we will not be held responsible for copyrighted materials posted on this site and we will comply and remove any that are contested until such time that proof of ownership can be established.

Although this site is primarily aimed at Adults we also try to take into account younger members and as such we wish them to be able to browse the site without having to view materials that are deemed age restricted. To ensure we comply within our own guidelines we make use when we can of profanity filters which will alter swearing to make it more suitable for our audience. If you attempt to circumvent our system you will receive a warning strike against your account. Repeated attempts will result in your post being removed and suspension of your posting rights or account. Escalation will result in a site wide ban at IP level, your account will be redirected to Google when logged in.

We actively monitor membership for multiple accounts and will remove any we find to violate our terms and conditions of one account per user. We understand that there may be multiple accounts per household and our system takes that into consideration. In any event we will contact you via email or the sites messenger service to let you know.
